Versa 4 stopwatch won't stop or reset

Leave it on “pause” for about a minute and a half. Then, touch the circular arrow above the blinking time. It will reset to zero.

Actually, I was responding to an earlier query that was phrased this way, but the ability to reply to it was already closed. Sorry that my reply was so cryptic.

The issue has to do with how one resets a running stopwatch on a Fitbit to zero. It is not intuitively obvious to many people. I discovered that the way to do it is to pause the timer, then wait about a minute and a half. Then, tap the little circular arrow above the time. It will then reset to zero.

@Wrongfit- thanks for elaborating, having tried a stopwatch, the moment it is paused there is a reset icon appearing at the top of the screen and with accurate finger placement on it it resets to zero. It is small and sensitive as to how you place your finger.

If this is not working try restarting your watch.
