I just got my new Fitbit Verse 4, but when I downloaded a new background, none of the specs, including the time, will show up. I've already tried syncing the watch and restarting the watch several times, trying different backgrounds and doing it while plugged in, but it still won't show up. Different backgrounds will have the same problem; the clock face will only show everything properly on the default clock face.
I'm sure this is just telling me to stick with the stock clock this time, but I never had this issue with my Verse 2 or 3.

@x3lizzinator I would reach out to the developer. That is not a clock face made by Fitbit, so if you are having issues with it, you should be able to contact the developer by going to the clock face on the app and scrolling to the bottom. There should be an option to "Contact Developer".

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
If you're able to select any other clock face without any trouble, I'd assume that there's something wrong with this specific clock face.
