Hi, I have got a Fitbit Versa 4 and I am wondering how to get the new firmware update since I am on iPad? This would be greatly appreciated. And could you please tell me if the update is real? Thanks

Hello @JustAGuy408 and welcome to the Community.  Fitbit rolls out firmware updates to users over a little bit of time, with no preference given to your location, how long you've been a Fitbit user, etc.  There is no way to get it any faster.  One user posted a screenshot of their mobile app.  Another posted they received it.  Be patient.
