Fitbit app issue

I own a Fitbit versa 4 and so does my partner we also have the same phone.

Iv had my watch for over a year know and only just noticed when it comes to tracking my readings on my app it's not doing it right.

The app shows me yesterdays reading and then shows me a week as a cluster but when I click on them I can't look threw past days. And my graph never shows anything just bank but my partners is working fine

That blank graph is supposed to be resting heart rate.  Are you getting RHR in Health Metrics?

I am it's tracking well on my watch and on the app I just can't seam to look at Thursdays just gone or if you see my photos they have been clustered together but when I click on say july 1st to 7th option it's only showing me the 1st

I got that.  I saw it as 2 part problem. A: heart rate graphs bunched together weekly.  B: nothing on RHR graph.

I don't know about A.  I was wondering about part B and if you got result and graph for RHR in Health Metrics, and hoping just maybe that might shed light on part A problem.

But I guess you want answer to both parts all at once.
