Fitbit Versa 4 keep prompt login to fitbit from your phone. Tap anywhere to dismiss.

this message will be prompted after some time, it is very anonying and buzz.

how to disable this ?

Hi there, @MikeLi8888. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit app keeps asking you to log in. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is updated
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
