Anyone else having a problem with the fitbit app? When I pull up the app and sign in, all I see is a white screen with a pulsating fitbit symbol. I can’t get past this screen, therefore nothing can be seen or done within the app. My versa 4 steps will not even show up on Fitbit.com.

I can’t get past this screen, therefore nothing can be seen or done within the app. My versa 4 steps will not even show up on Fitbit.com. All apps and phone are up to date with latest versions and everything has been restarted.
