Hi. I was on a cruise without wifi for 2 wks. Synced Fitbit and app when I could with borrowed wifi. All good until I tried update and found it didn’t have my V4 anymore just old Fitbit. I had to add V4 again and now it is sending info to husband’s email (he doesn’t have a Fitbit) and face won’t show steps. It has “NaN kms” & 0 steps but does record steps onto app. I’ve taken app off and on. Restarted Fitbit. No idea why this has all changed so drastically! Help!!
