Fitbit shipping woes

I am having similar shipping issues as other issues have reported.  Ordered Fitbit as a replacement 10/31 and paid overnight shipping.  11/1 get notification that item shipped w/ delivery of 11/1.  I check the status and the 11/1 date updated to awaiting carrier pickup.  After 3 days of no update and back and forth with Fitbit Support (useless), they finally admitted that the item was "lost in the warehouse".  A new replacement order was made yesterday, 11/3.  I get notification today (11/4) that item has shipped w/ delivery of 11/4, yet doesn't show picked up by UPS.   Here we go again...  I know I'm not getting my device today.  Fitbit is impossible to deal with.  Without the generous replacement discount, I would have just gone to Best Buy or Amazon.

I ordered a Versa 4 on 11/5. I got a shipping notification 11/6. We paid for overnight shipping, the tracking shows UPS label created and “Estimated delivery

Tuesday, November 08 between11:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M”. We’re well past that and no device. 

I contacted support and they said they would refund shipping and essentially blamed UPS. “I see it shipped last Nov 6, 2022”

I had the same issue with getting mine and had to get a refund on the overnight shipping.

I actually received the device a week later than expected.  No one from Fitbit has reached out to apologize for the issue or to confirm the matter is resolved.  Really disappointed in the support.
