So I recently got my Fitbit versa 4 and when I first got it it would constantly reset itself, then at one point the screen wouldn't work at all and then randomly started working again. Once I got it set up again for like the 6th time everything was fine and dandy worked for a few weeks and then tonight I changed the clock face to the one I had originally been using when I first got the device and it crashed again only this time, it started flashing the Fitbit logo, I was at work when this happened so I tried the tried and true forget the device and uninstalled the app then re-setup everything and it didn't work so when I got home I put both the phone and the watch on their charger and noticed my watch also won't stop pulse vibrating. I've tried uninstalling the app I've tried hard reset I've tried turning my Bluetooth/phone off for 15 mins it won't stop and it won't pair also I'm using an android phone

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. Thanks a lot that you've initially tried all recommended procedures for correcting the issue you've mentioned. From what you've written, I assume that your device most probably is defective.
So I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get further assistance respectively a replacement in case of warranty:
