My versa 4 has been stuck on 55% battery level and has not been charging or decreasing upon usage.
It also stopped syncing with my phone 15+ hrs ago and is hanging a lot.
Fyi my versa has been quite pampered and never once fell on a hard surface and has been synced regularly.
I got this watch in May.

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4.
Please make sure your iPhone is running iOS 15 or higher to be compatible with the current Fitbit app. As a first approach to hopefully get things fixed I'd suggest restarting your device by holding it's button for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
Next please give your Versa 4 a full charge. If it won't charge please have a closer look here:

I dont have an iPhone but own an android (IQOO Z5) I hope I can try the same things for android too.

You're welcome, thanks for your fast reply, @Appy2006.
If your using a phone with Android, it should be running Android 9 or higher.
You can do the trouble shooting I've mentioned above on it as well.
