Hi @Rose2100. First, please take a good look at your charger. Make sure a pin didn't get pushed in. It could be a charger issue. Also try a different power source. If you are sure it is your Versa 4, please contact Support for a warranty replacement.
If Support asks for the serial number, take off the top watch band strap (looking at it with the button on the left). It is engraved on the pebble. Also on the box, if you saved it.
