Let me help you with your floor badges not updating.
In order to ensure you earn the badges for your activity, make sure your device is syncing. See Why won't my Fitbit device sync? if needed.
If you are still not receiving badges for the floors you climb, make sure your device did register the floors you expect you have done. If you did, add a picture of the day you have done this activity and another screenshot of the badges list that doesn't match. I appreciate your time in this process.
