Fitbit versa 4 wont turn on inspite of full charge. Tried factory reset and pressing the buttons for 10 sec, 15 sec and so on. Nothing is happening. We put it on charge, the logo appears and then it goes off again.

I have received no acknowledgement or support from any support team email.
How can i be sure that a ticket has been raised and that it will be
resolved?
