Formal complaint regarding Versa 4

I bought a Versa 4 on the 10th of December 2023 and I have had nothing but problems since the day I got it, not one day since then has it functioned correctly. After what felt like the 100th fruitless and frustrating chat conversation I asked to make a formal written complaint and I was advised by the chat operator this was the best place to do it. Could someone please guide me through the complaints process? It feels very much like Fitbit could not care less about these issues or customer service in general...

The only board I can think of would be the Product Feedback, available through the hamburger menu found in the top left. 

The area we are in is for users helping their fellow users
