GPS is not working on my Versa 4

My Versa 4 don't let me activate GPS on any actvity.

That option stay shaded for runing, cicling or any other activity I've tried.

I don't know how to arrange this

To better assist you, please confirm that you're trying the following to enable the GPS:

1. Open the Exercise app and swipe to find the exercise you want to track.
2. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the exercise settings.
3. In the GPS section, tap the switch icon to turn on GPS.
4. Swipe down to return to the exercise screen.

Hi, @MarreFitbit, thank you for your atention.

Reading the article you indicated i've learn to do the steps o mentioned, but GPS section is dark or shaded and the switch icon don't move to on.

Are there any other settings that I need to change?

Have you tried restarting your Versa 4? For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Then, try again enabling the GPS.
