I brought this Versa 4 recently and was extremely excited to use when it came. The initial screen had a red x on so I forced a factory reset. It then started to work again. But when it got down to 70% battery it went black again. I tried to restart it again but nothing happened. I put it on charge and it worked. Once again as soon as the Fitbit got to 70% battery it crashed and now is stuck on the black screen despite what I do. It keeps flickering with a white line down the screen.
Any suggestions would be amazing. I am really disappointed with Fitbit. I love all their products but this shouldn’t happen on a new Versa 4.
Update: It only seems to work when it is on charge. I’ve even tried putting the wallpaper back to the original one to see if that has an impact and at the moment nothing has changed.

Once the battery goes from full to 70 % it turns off and won’t work again till it is back at 100%. I have factory reset it several times but it keeps happening.

Have you already checked if you can update your Versa 4?

Hi,
Yes I have tried updating it. Every time I reset it, I am doing the latest update, so I’ve don’t it about 7 times now. The battery continues to die at 70% which mean I can only get 30mins-2hrs usage on a watch that is supposed to last for a lot longer and a watch that I’ve been really looking forward to owning.
