Is anyone able to get this clock face with the Versa 4?

CCurrently no one is able to install 3rd party apps or clock faces as these new devices haven't got access to the Fitbit app gallery. Whether or not this will change in the future is anyone's guess. Until a Moderator officially confirms that these devices will get access, it best to assume they won't.

Not only that, the eventual app needs to be ported to the new Fitbit OS version and currently no SDK is available.
