My messages that are through Google messages will not send me notification on my fitbit versa 4, but regular sms text messages will come through. I'd rather use Google messages, does anyone know a way to get those to work?

Hi @Lcalder - the Device Notifications and App notifications is possibly not setup properly.

How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? 

Also you may have intermittent connection issues with the new V4 Fitbit App which can stop notifications from working.
