I recently installed the Celeste clock face on my Versa 4 and love it...but...the minute and hour hand keep disappearing overnight. They are there around 1:30 a.m., I know, but are gone by 6:30 a.m. I uninstall the face and reinstall it, and this restores the hands, but they are gone again the next morning. I have rebooted my Versa 4 and android phone several times, but this keeps happening. Any ideas how to fix this?

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear about this issue regarding the Celeste clock face. Thank you for all the troubleshooting steps you tried.
This is definitely not the experience wanted for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation.
I'll be glad to suggest you some tips.
Could you please confirm if your Fitbit app is up-to-date?
I suggest you to change the clock face (How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?) and then, choose again the previous clock face.

Hi, Mario! Thank you for your response. I will update my Versa 4 with the 7/15/25 update and follow your clock face change suggestion, then see if the hour and minute hands disappear again overnight. (Oddly enough, the second hand has never disappeared.) If all works well, I will return and mark your response as "Best answer." If the problem continues, I will note that in an additional post.

As suggested, I updated my Fitbit app and changed the clock faces, and yesterday morning the hour and minute hands did not disappear. But this morning, they were gone once again, with just the lonely little minute hand diligently tracing its course. I uninstalled the clock face and re-installed it and all hands are back, but I really would like to be able to see the time on my Versa 4 when I first awake without doing this.
