Heartrate inaccurate

Versa 4 most of the time no recording heartrate when working out .   But when I have it on counter it has heartrate??? Low calorie counts and low heartrate record if any during exercise

 not wearing and heartrate is higher than usually gets during hard workout if I have any reading normally when I look at it  it's just two little dashes no heartrate at all ....  absolutely pathetic... 

Anyone have any suggestions I tried all the usual not to tight or lose higher on arm etc....

Hi @cottager - it should show a heart rate (not necessarily an accurate one during exercise) when worn, unless you have tattoos which can be problematic.

The new technology sensors can pickup HR when not worn for some reason especially if ambient light or some colours are detected.
