Just got my new versa 4. Plugged it on charge. My cell phone automatically detected it. An update was also required. So I have started configuration. While waiting for the installation to be complete, screen gone dark like the battery was insufficient. Tried to reset by pressing the side button (I can feel the vibrations when I do so), but only the Fitbit logo appears and is flashing few seconds until a red X appears in the screen. It is brand new and never had this kind of problem with the other Versa (2 & 3) I had before. Someone knows what is happening? What can I do ?
