I know I hit my step goal yesterday. It vibrated and showed me on my Versa4... but today the app is saying that I am missing all of my steps from 8am to 4pm yesterday.
Has anyone seen this? Is there any way to get it back it?
I have restarted my fitbit like 4 times. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Turned Bluetooth off and on.
Nothing has brought it back.

I am experiencing the same thing. This has been happening for several weeks now. Really fed up as it’s quite demoralising when you’re trying to keep fit and at the end of the day your efforts aren’t showing on the exercise days for the week. Mine is only showing Monday/Tuesday/Fri for this week and I definitely did move on Wednesday and Thursday. Doesn’t give you any incentive to reach your goals if they are not counted.

Right! I am in a step challenge that started on the first and losing those steps sucks. I was on with Support yesterday evening and they could not fix it. They had me restart my Versa and then do a 100 step test. Everything is syncing now but like 4500 steps from the first are still gone. I hope you get it fixed! Keep up the good work!
