Hit Your Target notification is Unreliable

The “Hit your Target” notification is consistently out of touch with what I am actually doing exercise wise.

Saturday it was telling me I was falling behind on my cardio and gave me a high cardio load to shoot for.  But I was not able to work out Saturday. No cardio at all that day

Sunday, the notification told me I was pushing myself too hard and to take it easy and recover. So despite doing no cardio Saturday,  on Sunday it was telling me to slow down.

I’ve noticed this inconsistency before and thus find the “hit your target” info unreliable and useless.

@Altoid4ever   I moved your post to the Get Moving forum, because I think it is a better fit for this topic.  Your experience isn’t limited to Versa 4 users.  We all seem to get conflicting recommendations for our Cardio Load target.
