Hourly Steps Not Syncing

Does anybody else have this problem?  My device says that I get my 250 steps per hour for 8 hours, yet on the app itself, after I sync, it says I am missing some of the hours.  Like instead of 8 of 8, I only got credit for 5 of 8, even though my device shows me getting all of them.  It would happen with other devices occasionally, but since I switched to the Versa 4, I have this problem every day.  I tried talking to Customer Service, but they have me doing all this troubleshooting of me going for a walk and physically counting my steps, but that has no point.  My issue is with the actual syncing from the device to the app.1.png2.jpg

Shouldn't have to do this, but for me sometimes updates display if switch phone app Today screen to yesterday, then back to Today.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
