Notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

My Fitbit Versa 4 notifications for messages and Facebook is not working any suggestions how I can fix this or what I’m doing wrong

Thank you for providing the details regarding your Versa 4 and I'm sorry to know that you are not receiving notifications.

Try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in IOS clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.

Please, restart your Versa 4 by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. Login and wait for any pair, link or Fitbit prompts and sync.

Then, try the following:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 4.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.
  • Set up notifications again. 
  • Once your Versa 4 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

Hi @clairabella1979 - it might simply be your watch is in sleep mode, did you pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons?
