I am meeting my hourly step goal but it is not updating on the app. Completely frustrating

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the step goal in your hourly activity using a Versa 4.

Can you send me a picture on how it appears in the app and in the Versa 4, please? This will help me doing the comparison.

Also, make sure to have checked the tips in this article and have synced your Versa 4 before you take and send me the pictures.
