I got a new Fitbit versa 4, and my information from my old was transferred, everything looks good, but it’s not tracking my goal steps for each hour. What do I need to do?

I'm glad to read you're all set with your brand new Versa 4, let's work together to get this resolved.

The reminders to move might have been disabled due to the change of device. I recommend setting them up again. You can follow the instructions described here.
