How I solved the issue with my Versa 4 not charging

On 11/10/23 my Versa 4 refused to charge.  All connections were clean and good.  I resorted to syncing my Versa 4 with the Fitbit app, then shutting down the watch.  I removed the device from the app.  I then restarted my iPhone, and added the Versa 4 as a new device in the Fitbit app.  Everything fell into place, and the watch proceeded to recharge quickly.  No data was lost.
