Hi There,
Curiosity has finally got the better of me, can anyone explain how the app calculates zone minutes?
You can see from the below workout that it was 1:13 long, (73 minutes) but I have 112 zone minutes? It is obviously counting something twice for a reason but try as I might, I don't see the logic.
Can anyone explain this to me please
Thanks!
Conor

Minutes in cardio and peak zones are counted x2.

@t.parker , Thank you for your help.
@Torpedo72 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and screenshot provided.
As mentioned by t.parker , the amount of active zone minutes depends on the time spent on each of the zones.
1 minute in the fat burn = zone1 Active Zone Minute
1 minute in the cardio or peak zone = 2 Active Zone Minutes
More about this, can be read here: What are ActiveZoneMinutes or activeminutes on my Fitbit device?
Hope it helps.
