Hello! I have a Fitbit Versa 4. Just purchased it. I had the Photo II Wim Van Aerschot as my background with a photo. It has now disappeared and I was wondering what did I do to make that happen. I enjoyed having a photo. I have tried multiple different photos and I can't get any of them to upload now. I really appreciate the help. Thank You!

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing troubles with the Photo II Wim Van Aerschot clock face. 

It is a third party clock face, so I suggest you contact the developer directly.
