Can anyone help. 

I have a blank screen on my Versa 4. It was fine after gym session yesterday. 31% power not charging and blank screen

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing a blank screen on your Versa 4 not charging. I'll be glad to suggest you some steps. 
Could you please try to restart your device as shown in the following help article ? How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Also, regarding the charging issue, please verify the solutions listed in this article : Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Please let me know if you feel any vibration or if you are able to see the green lights on the back of your Versa 4.
