How do I eliminate a charge 3 and add a versa4

First, force a sync from Charge 3 to make sure you get all your current data to Fitbit main database.

Then, staying logged into same account on phone app, go to "Set up a Device" just like you did when setting up Charge 3. It will ask which device to add - choose Versa 4.  It will note you already have Charge 3 attached and ask if you want to replace it - say yes, and it handles it all for you.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
