Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Cpeer1951!
Time on your Versa 4 is automatically set whenever you'll sync your Fitbit device with your Fitbit app. Please make sure that your phone is showing the correct time. You can find more details on that by following this link:
How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @Cpeer1951. Welcome to he Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not showing the correct time. We're here to help you!
As @Talahthas has mentioned, the time and date will be wrong if your Versa 4 hasn't synced, as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. May I ask if you already synced your device? Is your Versa 4 still linked to your Fitbit account? If you're running into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? or if you need to pair your Versa 4 once again, please see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa 4 is syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
