Notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

I'm not able to get my text messages on my fit bit anymore.

I have looked through settings and I can't figure out what changed.

Hi @Dwinder44 - just in case did you pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons?

Bear in mind you will need to be close to the phone and it be syncing properly, versions of the V4 Fitbit App can lose connection, in which case notifications can't reach your watch.

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking whether your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
