Please note that the time on your Versa 4 is automatically set whenever you sync your Fitbit device with your Fitbit app, as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. May I ask if you already synced your device? Is your Versa 4 still linked to your Fitbit account? If you're running into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? or if you need to pair your Versa 4 once again, please see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa 4 is syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
