I bought my Versa 4 3 days back from a local dealer in my area but wasn't told that it does not support 3rd party apps. Also the strap is really uncomfortable. Is there any way in India to return the watch because my dealer said he can't take it back but Fitbit can. I tried their customer care numbers but they are all invalid n not working. If there's a centre in New Delhi where I can return the watch and get a refund, pls let me know.
It's a useless watch going by what I paid, the lack of support

Given your personal preferences, Versa 3 would propably a better choice for you.

If you try to reach Fitbit customer service, I'd suggest doing that on Twitter as some users have reported that way to be the easiest:
