@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit community!
To use Alexa, you have to have an Amazon account. To setup Alexa on your Versa 4, first open the Fitbit app on your phone. Then tap on your profile picture in the upper left corner to see your available devices. Now tap on your Versa 4's tile. To start the setup process then just tap on the "Amazon Alexa" tile. After that you'll be guided through the setup process.

Best AnswerHi,
I set up Alexa on my Versa 4 but now it is asking me to set it up again. I go to the app and it states it can't connect to my Amazon account. Any ideas?
