How do I set up alarms on my Versa 4?

I get notified on my Versa 4 for all events on my phone... except for alarms. 

Is it possible to have alarms on my phone show up on the Fitbit?

I'm not sure but have you tried to tick the option on the fitbit app under the menu notification?

Go to the Fitbitbit app on your phone, click on your Account icon in the top left corner, click on your tracker/smartwatch (Versa 4), scroll down and click on Notifications, click on App Notifications, scroll to the app from which you want to receive notifications and turn On the selector for that app. See Notifications from your phone.

Hi @GLittle9  - most probably not, but it depends on the phone.

Some phone alarm and timers apps don't raise notifications on the phone but switch to the app immediately.

Without a notification in the status bar you won't receive any notification on your watch.
