How do I set up exercise cues on Versa 4?

I am trying to get my fitbit to vibrate on 1 min intervals when running. I have updated the intervals on my dashboard but it does not seem to work. Suggestions?

@Cheinamac you need to go to the Exercise app on your watch, select Interval Workout, then swipe up for settings and tap "Interval" to set Move and Rest intervals. Use Interval Workout for your running. Run activity doesn't support timed cues Apparently, it does but not less than every 2 minutes (another design decision that makes me ask "but why?!?").

Hello @Cheinamac and welcome to the Community.  If you are trying to make this change on the web dashboard, you need to know that Fitbit made a mistake by putting this option there.  ALL exercise settings are done on the Versa 4 itself.  The Sense 2 has the same exercise app as the Versa 4.  If you are running and want a timed vibration cue, you can set it for two minutes, but not one.

  • Short press the button > open your Exercise app > choose Run
  • Swipe up on the tiny "^" on the bottom of the screen
  • Swipe up to Laps and tap Auto Count -- set rule
  • Tap on minutes.  The minimum is two.  Tap to confirm.

If I misread your post and you are trying to change your intervals on your Interval Workout shortcut, please do the following:

  • Open your Exercise app, but choose Interval Workout
  • Swipe up on the tiny "^" and you set your intervals there.
