Sauna and Deliberate Cold Exposure

Lots of great health data out there on sauna use and deliberate cold exposure. I would like to see Fitbit add a way to log and track both of these.  Temperature ; time ; heart rate during.  Thank You for your consideration. Take Care.

Even if it sounds tempting, please do not wear your Fitbit device in a sauna or steam room. Fibit clearly advises against it:
