I’m going trampolining and because there’s no sports mode on the Fitbit versa 4 what would everyone set it to I’m thinking maybe Interval Workout or outdoor workout please let me know with in would be best thank you

@Jefferies2024 Please use the Workout shortcut. Interval Workout is used when you set a move activity, a rest activity and a number of reps. Outdoor Workout is designed for outdoor non-step based activities like downhill skiing and SUP.
I'm adding a little additional explanation. Earlier Fitbit models had 20-21 shortcuts. Fitbit added the Outdoor Workout a few years ago. The Versa 4 got additional specific shortcuts, but Outdoor Workout is still there.

Thank you I used the Workout shortcu with did work but I’m am just wondering Wye my hart rate come up on the Fitbit but not on app after syncing I have never had this issue before I will show you what I mean-
