How do I turn off goal notifications on Versa 4?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

First, my lord it is complicated to turn off notifications on this device.  Why aren't all notifications in one place, where you can simply turn off what you want?  I got this Versa 4 a month ago, and am continuously searching for now to turn off notifications.  Please Fitbit, put them all in one simple place.

The latest notification buzzed my wrist, and just kept buzzing and buzzing, "weekly active minutes goal reached".  After 15 minutes of searching, I still don't know: how can I disable it?

Please note that the following are already off under Fitbit settings > Push notifications: "Reminders to move", "Auto-tracked exercises", "Step goal progress", "Exercise goal progress".

Any help much appreciated.

Hello @wmswms1 and welcome to the Community.  The setting for your weekly zone minute goal notification is on your Versa 4 device, not the Fitbit app.  Please swipe down on your screen and tap on the Settings app (gear) in your Quick Settings.  Scroll down to Goal reminders and toggle it off.

I hope this helps.

Thank you Laurie.  Of course, this is a great example of what I am talking about.  This, along with all other notifications, should be consolidated in one "Notifications" section in the app.  They can be on the device too, but should all be in one place in the app.

However, in this case, I did as you said, and it is already toggled off.  On my Versa 4, under Settings > Goal reminders, the setting "Active Zone Minutes Goal" is already toggled off.  Is there some other way place to this off?

@wmswms1   Sorry, I don't have any other suggestions.  My setting for this is working properly.
