Hi @Katcuts - two issues: pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings to check what is enabled, as both Sleep and Do not disturb will stop notifications, best to turn them all off.
In the Fitbit App click profile photo, device photo and Notifications and inside App notifications - there you can control what the app sends to the watch.

Hi there, @Katcuts. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 4.
As @Guy_ has mentioned, please note you can control what notifications you receive and you can also temporarily disable all notifications by turning on the Do Not Disturb Mode on the settings app of your Versa 4. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
In order to turn off notifications you can go to your dashboard on the Fitbit app > Tap on your profile picture > Tap on Versa 4 > Tap Notifications and go to E-mail, Text, Calls notifications and you'll see the option to disable them. More details can be found here.
