I have been using versa 4 for few weeks not and I have had to restart 1000s of time. It also keeps restarting on it's own every time I sync to the app. It also loses bluetooth pairing time and again. I have disconnected, done a factory reset, changed clock faces all the things said in the community but nothing is working.

Considering those self restarts while syncing your device, I am assuming that your device has a hardware malfunction, maybe in the Bluetooth section. Thus I'd suggest to contact Fitbit support for further assistance:
