Hello @andrea.kirchh
I moved your post from the Android app forum to the Versa 4 product help forum where you're more likely to get assistance from other Versa 4 users.

Hi @andrea.kirchh. You wrote that you "just" bought the Versa 4. I have some questions and an explanation that might help. It sounds silly, but can you clarify that you are seeing afternoon times like 14:24, instead of 2:24? Or are you just seeing morning times like 08:10, instead of 8:10?
All Fitbit clock faces show a morning time like 09:10. Every digital clock in my house will show 9:10 in the morning, but Fitbit just can't get this right. They just can't seem to be able to program a blank space. Just so you know, you will see something like 02:24 in the afternoon when you get this fixed.
The default clock face on the Versa 4 is Paths Standard. There are reports of some other clock faces "stuck" in 24 hour format, but I haven't seen any for Paths Standard. Please try changing your clock face and check your afternoon display. But don't choose Layers, because that is one of the faces stuck in 24 hour format.

@andrea.kirchh Can you please describe what you see on your screen in the afternoon? If it is 2:30 PM, does your screen say 14:30 (24 hour format) or 02:30 (Fitbit's 12 hour clock format issue I described)?
Did you try changing clock faces?

Hello @andrea.kirchh. Nice to see you here.
Thank you for following the steps in the help article.
I suggest you try changing the time format to 24 hours in your app settings, sync with your app, and then change it back to 12-hour format.
