My Versa 4 is a disappointment. I run a home health company and that means I need my phone calls coming in or I need to get notifications and Versa 4 is way below that requirement. I got it from Best Buy 03/2024 and returned it but apparently on 15 days are allowed. I was past 15 days. I need help. Charger 2 was Devine compared this Versa 4

Hi @akati46 you'd have to go through customer service to see what's going on with your Versa 4. Support will want to be sure you have a compatible phone and you've taken a few troubleshooting steps. They don't just replace without first working to see if the issue can be resolved.

I will be trying these contacts. I have chatted with someone in support and line and I’m following instructions provided to see if my issue with Versa 4 is resolved. It’s very frustrating

I have calls coming in now. One of the support tech I chatted with left me a few instructions and I turned focus off from my device and then on the Versa 4 I swiped down and turned off all the icons and tested. I’ll take a picture of the icons during day time.
