How to get alarms display to show the 24 hr clock?

Does anyone know how to get the Alarms display to show the 24hour clock? I find the am/pm system difficult to see at night without glasses leading to errors and missed alarm times! Having a 24hr clock setting would solve this. Setting the main clock face setting to 24hr system doesn’t seem to change settings in alarms.

Update: Please delete my post above. The alarm clock has now updated to 24hrs. It was just very slow to do so.
