I've been trying for a couple weeks now to get help with my Fitbit not receiving notifications. I sent them the information they requested and I have yet to hear back. Even with contacting customer support, they just get confused and don't understand my case number. I'm unsure. I've emailed the account back that I sent the requested pictures. I'm receiving NO HELP! When I first contacted them I hadn't even had my watch for a month. Now, I'm outside the return time since I've been waiting for answers from FitBit. This is beyond frustrating.

Hi @EHills - you might have better luck here, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
Different phones can have different problems if the Fitbit app has been setup properly.
The phone must be nearby and able to sync and the watch able to receive. Pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons to make sure the watch is ready.
Any notifications that come on the phone's status bar can be made to come on the watch.

I have gone through all of their troubleshooting numerous times. I also had to buy a new FitBit(barely over a month ago) due to my Vera 2 not receiving notifications anymore and then my touch screen completely failed me. I'm unfortunately very well versed with the troubleshooting for notifications and all of the settings to check. I'd just love for Fitbit as a company to reply to my email of the requested pictures of my settings. It's been over 2 weeks since I replied to the email they sent, with the pictures they requested. This company is truly a joke and has terrible customer service.

Hi @EHills - thanks, as you have presumably worked out it isn't a Versa 4 watch issue but more likely a Fitbit app / phone problem.
The obvious thing is to make sure your Versa 2 is off (and it's Bluetooth entry removed from the phone), and you only use 1 phone (no other devices running the Fitbit app switched on), then if you set up notifications on your phone correctly and it's syncing, the probable cause is a bug in the Fitbit app which is not uncommon.
As Google is seemingly winding down Fitbit, support resources are presumably overloaded, especially due to layoffs.
