how can i remove fitbit versa 4 from my account?

Hello @Tlost and welcome to the Community.  Please tap on the device/battery icon in the upper left.  Tap on your Versa 4 tile.  Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap on the Remove this Versa 4.  To be complete, remove it from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.

thank you, my versa 4 stopped syncing and would not reconnect. I
uninstalled the app and did a factory reset on the versa 4 and now I
cant get it to do anything. I am trying to get all traces off the phone and
will try to see if it will work again
