When I try to change my sign-on to Google it does not carry forward any of my past data. I have tried a few times. Please help.

Please note that this process has to be done while being logged into your current Fitbit account, not from the Sign-in page. This process shouldn't take too much time to get it done, and the easiest way to do it is by following these instructions: How to move a Fitbit Account to a Google Account.
